To ensure a smooth and transparent process, please read our policy carefully before placing any custom order.

1. Advance Payment

All custom products require 100% advance payment before design and production begin. Orders will not be processed without full payment confirmation.

2. Order Process

To start a custom order, please contact us directly on WhatsApp at 0327-0116261.

You will be asked to share your design idea, photo, text, or reference. Our team will prepare a preview or mockup for your approval before printing.

3. Design Approval

Once the design is approved by the customer, no further changes can be made. Please review your design carefully before giving final confirmation.

4. Production Time

Custom products take approximately 7-8 working days to design, print, and prepare for dispatch.

Delivery time may vary slightly depending on location and courier operations.

5. Refunds & Returns

• No refunds or returns are accepted on custom-made products.
• Cancellations are not allowed once production has started.
• In case of damaged delivery, the customer must provide unboxing proof (photo/video) within 24 hours of receiving the product for review.

6. Shipping

All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners. Shipping charges may vary based on location and product size.

7. Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by courier companies.
• Color differences due to screen display variations.
• Incorrect information, text, or image provided by the customer.

🚚 Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped.
  

🌍 Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship all over Pakistan.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time

• Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days

💰 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on selected products.
• Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s journey.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At Artzay Pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  
• Returns requested after 3 days will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
  
• Sale/discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

💰 Refunds

• Refunds will only be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
  
• Only the product price will be refunded.
  
• Shipping charges (both ways) are non-refundable and will be paid by the customer.
  

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item.
  
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
  

⏱️ Processing Time

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
  
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  

❗ Important Note

• In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures/videos as proof.
  
• After verification, we will offer either a replacement or refund (shipping covered by us in such cases).
