At Artzay Pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Returns requested after 3 days will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.

• Sale/discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

💰 Refunds

• Refunds will only be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

• Only the product price will be refunded.

• Shipping charges (both ways) are non-refundable and will be paid by the customer.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item.

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

⏱️ Processing Time

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

❗ Important Note

• In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures/videos as proof.

• After verification, we will offer either a replacement or refund (shipping covered by us in such cases).
